The Journey Home

    “So, there I was, all wrapped up tight in a blanket, just minding my own business. I had just decided to take a nap (Can you blame me? Don't even get me started on the beginning of my day)!”

    “Where was I? Oh yeah! All bundled up ready to nap when this woman suddenly snatched me out of my bed. Needless to say, I was not impressed. I had never seen her before, so I did the only logical thing, I yelled out for help. I think I scared the woman cuz she very quickly gave me over to my Mom and made a hasty retreat. I tried to catch the name on the womans white uniform, but she was too quick. I tried to tell Mom about it, but I don't think she speaks any 'English.' Oh well, I was just glad to be safe.”

    “And that's when it happened. Mom & Dad took me to a section of the house which I had never seen before. We went through lots of doors. I especially liked looking at all the lights as Mom & Dad walked down the hall (besides, what else are you going to look at when you are 'torepedoed' in a blanket?).”

    “I tell you, the surprises never end. Turns out I wasn't at home, rather in the 'H' building. Needless to say, I was glad to find out that it wasn't home -- too damn clean! They put me into a big red box and we drove home. Some trigger happy camera person took this photo which I thought I would share with you.”

    “When I came too, we were at what was to be now known as home. No sooner had Mom & Dad opened the door when a monster came charging out at them jumping up and down and beating them with its large ferocious tail.”

    “I quickly learned that this was not the case. If I understand correctly, this is actually my older sister whose name is either Sammy, Samantha or 'The Beast'. It might be just me, but I think I'm a LOT cuter than her. I sure hope I don't grow hair like that. And the tongue... What's up with that? Apparently she is my sworn protector. I'm going to sleep a lot better at night now. Well, with Mom, Dad & Sammy, I got the five-cent tour of my new home and was quickly introduced to the various pieces of apparatus. I especially like my sleigh-crib bed!”

    “Well, the next couple of days were just hectic. I'll let the pictures below speak for themselves.”

“Guess what I'm doing. I'll give you a hint... we're gonna need that changing table...”	“The coolest Mom in the WHOLE world!”
