Here's some photos of my nephew:

And now, a message from the father (July 11, 1999):
Hello Everyone,
Just a short note to tell you what most of you already know. Yesterday at 5:00 a.m. after 29 hours of horrible labour, our son, John Alexander (who we're calling Jack) was born at the Women's Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces. Leslie and the baby are doing well and should be coming home tomorrow where Jack will be able to watch his first hockey game of many with me (I hope). Leslie and I would like to thank everyone for their support and best wishes over not only the last day, but the entire pregnancy. I have enclosed a couple of pictures taken moments after his birth so if he looks a little sleepy, you know why. If there is anyone I have forgotten on the above list, could you please forward this to them. I have tried to think of everyone but with so many names, I am sure some were forgotten.
Thank you.
Geoff
